catering industry is home to fierce competition and fickle patrons.
Colonial Terrace is a family-run business which has
been prosperous since 1940. Nonetheless, the third generation of ownership
saw the need to market specifically to each
source of business.
Individual
silos were developed as separate entrances to the Colonial terrace experience.
Each is driven in name and tone
by insights into what motivates the customer. In the case of weddings,
it is the focus of the celebrants on this day of days.
In the case of the corporate meeting, it is the desire of the person
charged with planning the day to hear a few magic words.
The
result of this work was to create target-specific "jump pages",
from which users could navigate to areas on the main
Colonial Terrace site designed to answer their needs.
